| A small crew of Royal Ark Mariners boarded the good ship Prince Setanta Lodge for a business meeting and discussion re the Masonic Hall. | |

| WBro. Tony Thackrah, Worshipful Commander of Preston Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners number 143, a visitor to the Lodge acted as SD for the evening. | |
 |
|
| WBro. Joe O’Brien ProvRAMGR opened the Lodge and worked through the business. | |
 |
|
| WBro. Peter N Walker ProvRAMGR was elected as the Worshipful Commander for the ensuing year. | |
 |
|
| A lively discussion re Poulton Masonic Hall ensued. The discussion warmed the Lodge room slightly so the temperature was just above freezing! (somebody had neglected to turn the heating on earlier in the day) | |
 |
|
| With time pressing the discussion was brought to close and the Worshipful Commander closed the Lodge. | |
| The Brethren assembled / huddled in the bar for warmth and refreshments and the festive board. | |
 |
|
| Lively discussion ensued accompanied by a thick minestrone soup starter followed by beef stew and dumplings. | |
An enjoyable night was had by all! |
